The quality is just amazing. I was there with our family and the manager "Steve" walked around and asked us how everything was and thanked us for choosing "DQ" for dinner. It was a nice touch that you don't see everyday
I had ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday a few days ago to be picked up today. When I arrived to pick up my cake, there had apparently been some blip and the store had never received my order. I have to say the customer service in handling this issue was outstanding. They immediately helped me select another cake and were able to quickly personalize it for me. The manager even came out to apologize and they handled everything in such a professional manner. I really appreciated the service and I will definitely support this store in the future.
The quality and quantity is just amazing out here. I personally like the blizzard series - oreo mocha and the Royal New York Cheesecake to be specific. Drive through is available during the pandemic.
Totally recommend it and it's super safe to go!
